Right of Withdrawal

1. Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last one.

2. How to tell us

Tell us clearly that you have decided to withdraw. You can:

• email concierge@ciavore.com;
• use the contact form, choosing the topic “Returns & Exchanges”; or
• write to us by post: Ciavore EOOD, ul. Tsar Ivan Asen II 131, 6000 Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days end. Please include your order number.

3. Sending the goods back

Please send the goods back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us that you withdraw. You meet this deadline if you send the goods back before the 14 days have passed.

Please keep the original tags attached. Please put the goods in their original packaging and attach the prepaid return waybill you find in the box. You pay nothing when you hand the parcel to the courier.

4. Your refund

We will refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us that you withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

The original delivery cost is refunded too. Delivery is free, so there is nothing to add and nothing is deducted for it.

• Card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay: refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer to an IBAN you give us, at no cost to you.

5. Cost of returning the goods

Returns are free in Bulgaria; from other countries, a flat €12 return fee is deducted from your refund. A prepaid return waybill is included in every package. Ciavore charges no restocking fee. A return of a garment with a manufacturing fault is free everywhere.

6. Trying the garment on

You may try the garment on as you would in a shop. If it shows handling beyond that, we may deduct the resulting loss in value.

7. Model withdrawal form
