Dispatch & Delivery
Every piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are 1-2 business days for Bulgaria, and 3-7 business days for international destinations. Complimentary shipping is included for all orders.

The garment, in tissue paper sealed with wax.
An envelope with a card bearing the garment's number in its edition.
A care guide.
A return waybill.
Returns Policy
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn, with the original tags attached. An item that shows wear, alteration or a missing tag cannot be accepted. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the garment has a manufacturing fault. A size can be exchanged while that size is in stock.
How to Return
To return an item, place it in its original packaging and attach the return waybill included in your box. Hand the parcel to the courier. The return shipping is paid by you to the courier at handover.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.
- For card payments, the refund is automatically credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (Bulgaria), please contact our Concierge with your order number and IBAN to receive your bank transfer.
If the garment has a manufacturing fault, the return shipping is covered by Ciavore. Write to concierge@ciavore.com before sending it.
