Every piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are 1-2 business days for Bulgaria, and 3-7 business days for international destinations. Complimentary shipping is included for all orders.
Returns
Withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please keep the original tags attached. A prepaid return waybill is included in every package; you pay nothing when you hand the parcel to the courier. Returns are free in Bulgaria; from other countries, a flat €12 return fee is deducted from your refund. A size can be exchanged for another of the same style, subject to availability. In Bulgaria the exchange is free; outside Bulgaria, return the piece for a refund (less the €12 return fee) and place a new order in your size. Full details are on the Right of Withdrawal page.
