## Shipping, Returns & Payment

- Shipping: complimentary, to Bulgaria and 33 additional European destinations — 34 countries in total: the 27 EU member states, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco and San Marino.
- Every piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are 1-2 business days for Bulgaria, and 3-7 business days for international destinations. Complimentary shipping is included for all orders.
- Returns: accepted within 14 days of delivery, unworn with original tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the garment has a manufacturing fault.
- Payment: card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe; Cash on Delivery available within Bulgaria.
